Marc A. Taylor, M.D., FACC  
     Dr. Marc Taylor graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his training in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at University of Virginia Medical College. He is Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Taylor relocated to Tampa, Florida in 2005 after 13 years as an Interventional Cardiologist in New Jersey at Deborah Heart and Lung Center and Assistant Professor at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. His clinical interests include coronary interventions, new technology and critical care medicine. Dr. Taylor is an investigator for several clinical research studies being conducted in the U.S. and internationally.
 
J. Thompson Sullebarger, M.D., FACC  
     Dr. J. Thompson Sullebarger graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his training in Cardiology at University of Rochester Medical Center's Strong Memorial Hospital. He is Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology and Cardiology. Dr. Sullebarger is one of Florida Cardiovascular Institute's founding physicians. His clinical interests include coronary, renal, and peripheral vascular interventions, balloon valvuloplasty and percutaneous interventions in congenital heart disease. He is the current President of Florida Cardiovascular Institute and Associate Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Tampa General Hospital. Dr. Sullebarger is the founder of Tampa International Heart Foundation. He provides international physician training, patient care, and supplies in several nations including Nicaragua, Honduras, Belize and Dominica. Dr. Sullebarger is the Principal Investigator on several clinical research studies, including the first scientific study of Chelation Therapy sponsored by the National Institute of Health (TACT) and MIST II, a trial of PFO closure for migraines.                                                     
 
Fadi A. Matar, M.D., FACC  
     Dr. Fadi Matar completed his training in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at George Washington University and Washington Hospital Center. He is Board Certified in INterventional Cardiology and Cardiology. Dr. Matar is one of Florida Cardiovascular Institute's founding physicians. His clinical interests include outcome assessment of coronary interventions, critical care, intravascular ultrasound and new stent technology including interventions of coronary arteries and the peripheral vascular system. Dr. Matar is the Medical Director of the Cardiac Care Unit at Tampa General Hospital. He is also the Medical Director and Founder of Cardioquest Interventional Cardiology Database, a multi-site clinical database. Dr. Matar is the Principal Investigator on several clinical research studies being conducted in the U.S. and internationally.    
 
Reynaldo F. Mulingtapang, M.D., FACC  
     Dr. Reynaldo Mulingtapang graduated from University of the Philippines and completed his training in Internal Medicine at State University of New York. He completed his Cardiovascular and Peripheral Vascular Interventional training at the University of Miami and Ochsner Medical Institute in New Orleans. He is Board Certified in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Mulingtapang's clinical interests include coronary and vascular medicine, coronary and peripheral interventions and valvuloplasty. He trains physicians throughout the U.S., Philippines, Central and South America in vascular interventions.
