| Directed by Dr. Lisa Saff Koche, the weight management
center, Spectra Complete, offers systematic approach to the treatment of obesity
and weight-related problems. Dr. Saff Koche works closely
with bariatric surgeon at Tampa General Hospital and will
provide patients with dietary and exercise recommendations
as well as with medication, as appropriate. She works with a
team of dieticians, psychologists, and exercise specialists that
participate in a comprehensive approach, which has been
