Head Up Tilt Test

 
 

General Description
     Monitors changes in a patient’s heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation while laying on a table and then positioned upright. Allows cardiologist to assess for specific reasons for fainting.

Patient Preparation
     No special preparation is required. Allow 60 minutes for this test.
